AE&I Roofing and Construction is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to introduce our services, generate leads, and set appointments for our sales team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base and helping homeowners improve their properties with our wide range of services, including:

• Roofing (installation and replacement)

• Siding (installation and replacement)

• Windows (installation and replacement)

• Flooring (installation, replacement and upgrades)

• Bathroom & Kitchen Remodels (design, installation, and renovation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners to introduce AE&I Roofing and Construction and our services.

• Lead Generation: Qualify potential leads by gathering information about their home improvement needs and scheduling appointments for our sales team to follow up.

• Promote Services: Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and generate interest in roofing, siding, windows, flooring, and remodeling projects.

• Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations with potential customers for our sales team, ensuring that appointments are aligned with their availability and needs.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.

• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals, including the number of calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during calls, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is preferred but not required

• Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and friendly phone manner

• Goal-oriented and motivated to meet or exceed targets

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Must have a quiet work environment and reliable phone and internet connection (if working remotely)
