Job Description for Sales Rep.

AE&I Roofing and Construction is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for running appointments, engaging with potential clients, and successfully closing leads for our wide range of services, including:

  • Roofing (installation and replacement)

  • Siding (installation and replacement)

  • Windows (installation and replacement)

  • Flooring (installation, replacement and upgrades)

  • Bathroom & Kitchen Remodels (design, installation, and renovation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Appointments: You will proactively schedule and attend appointments with potential clients, providing them with personalized consultations regarding their home improvement needs.

  • Sales & Closing Deals: Use your sales expertise to convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the benefits and value of our services.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing questions, and guiding them through the sales process from initial consultation to project completion.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of AE&I’s offerings to accurately present and recommend services based on customer needs.

  • Follow-up & Networking: Follow up with leads, ensuring consistent communication and building a network of satisfied customers who can refer our services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in home improvement or construction sales is a plus)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • A self-driven and goal-oriented mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple appointments and clients

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Positive attitude with a passion for helping homeowners improve their spaces
