AE&I Roofing and Construction is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Canvasser to help grow our business by generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for knocking on doors in targeted neighborhoods, engaging homeowners, and introducing them to our services, which include:

• Roofing (installation and replacement)

• Siding (installation and replacement)

• Windows (installation and replacement)

• Flooring (installation, replacement, and upgrades)

• Bathroom & Kitchen Remodels (design, installation, and renovation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Door-to-Door Canvassing: Actively knock on doors and speak with homeowners about their home improvement needs and our services.

• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients by gathering information on homeowners interested in roofing, siding, windows, flooring, or remodeling projects.

• Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations for the sales team to meet with potential customers and discuss their home improvement projects.

• Promote Brand Awareness: Represent AE&I Roofing and Construction professionally, ensuring that homeowners are well-informed about the quality and benefits of our services.

• Customer Engagement: Engage in friendly conversations to build rapport with homeowners and identify potential opportunities for our services.

• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of canvassing efforts and report on daily or weekly progress to management.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the home improvement industry

• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner

• Motivated, self-starting, and able to work independently

• Comfortable with door-to-door outreach in various neighborhoods

• Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude

• Ability to meet or exceed lead generation goals

• Must have reliable transportation
